We are deeply sorry that the experience you had was lack luster, and we will ensure to take your comments and use them to better guest experiences in the future. Our building was originally built in 1888 as The Savoy Hotel, so a lot of our signage is original and our current hotel restaurant has retained the building name "The Savoy", so we do have some of our original signage still on the building. I apologize that this cause confusion upon arrival and I will share this with the management team so we can look for future solutions.
