"Clean room, comfort bed, but the corridor, room door and window are dated (can hear drift and road noise through the gap). The staff are friendly and the breakfast is pretty decent (scramble eggs, turkey sausage, waffle, fresh pineapple, oranges and blueberries etc..) Shuttle bus is small bus, only run once every hour to the airport. Short ride, make sure be there early to lineup. Pickup from the airport seems to be on request. "

"We stayed in an ocean front room as a couple. The view was fantastic and the staff was friendly. We requested a microwave which was handy and the refrigerator was free of unnecessary items. The use of beach items were a plus too. If you don’t like noise I wouldn’t recommend because the music at the restaurant on the third floor was pretty loud. Combined with the street noise beware. The rooms could’ve used a lot of updating as well. Things were hanging from the ceiling (not sure what it was… it looked like spider webs but they weren’t), there was mold in the shower and there was a lot of paint peeling from numerous areas."

"The property could run so much better. They nickel and dime you for everything. Not even free coffee in the morning. $400 per person to swim with their dolphins for 45 minutes and then they try to sell you the highly overpriced pics because they won’t let you take any. The manager refuses to let outside shuttles pick you up for off site excursions so you have to uber or cab. Last night we were there power was knocked out to resort. If you wanted to eat they want to charge you $36 for a cold turkey club. Finally they got a little power and were charging $120 or so dollars for an extremely limited cold seafood buffet."
