"This is a nice hotel located right next to the ocean. The facilities are well maintained, and our room was spacious and clean. The location is also good with stores within the village. However, the hotel is also very large, with several buildings and what feels like thousands of guests at the same time. During our six-day stay, it was nearly impossible to get a chair by the pool. We were not able to get one at all, so we often had to put our bags and belongings on the floor. Because of that, it was hard to feel fully relaxed, even though the property itself is beautiful. Another thing to note is that beach chairs and umbrellas by the ocean are not included. Renting two chairs and one umbrella costs about $70 per day. Maybe this is common in Hawaii, but it was still surprising given that the hotel itself is already quite expensive. Overall, the location and facilities are very good, but guests should be prepared for crowds and additional costs if they want a more comfortable and relaxing beach or pool experience."

"Loved it! The complimentary breakfast was great as there are many options to choose from. Location is great because it’s so close to everything but in a bit quieter area. ABC stores are a block away and bus stop too. Hotel room was very clean and had housekeeping every day. All staff are extremely kind and helpful. Only thing I would say, as most people say as well, is that the elevators are a bit slow but it is expected as the hotel is HUGE with 44 floors and everyone trying to use the elevators at the same time so that’s expected. Other than that, loved it and would definitely stay here again! This stay definitely made my trip to Hawaii great! I stayed on the 29th floor and had a partial ocean view room which was an amazing view! Got to see the amazing skyline, mountains, freeway and the blue ocean waters!"

"Location was amazing, across the street from Waikiki beach. We had a partial ocean view which faced west so the views from the room, especially in the evening, were great. I can't speak for the Seascape tower as we were placed in the Beachside tower but I wouldn't stay on that side of the resort again if I had a choice. The room we stayed in was dated yet partially renovated. Some newer fixtures and furnishings however the hinges on all of the doors were rusted, shower fixtures had really bad limescale buildup, and the wallpaper seemed like it was lifting at the seams. A little disappointing for the price point but it has an ABC store connected to it so you don't have to leave the building for last minute needs, which was really convenient. Housekeeping staff was super friendly and accommodating. 3.5/5"
