"Room was very clean and staff was excellent. Evelators was a big issue, though it had 6 elevators for the Rainbow Tower, it was almost impossible to get into an elevator due to number of people (and how the elevators work), almost always needed to skip 2-3 evelators to find place on one (both going up and down). The pool and other amenities were excellent. All the options for breakfast, lunch and dinner were really good. Overall loved the stay and would definitely visit again."

"Staff was so friendly and sweet. The location is good bc you're so close to alot of things walking. The elevators only 4 of 6 work so it takes a while to get down or go up. The room was so clean . Def recommend for Solo Travelers , I felt pretty comfortable. Breakfast was soo good . Id stay again."

"My stay at Alohilani was ok. There are some clear pros and cons. Pros first, the location and view were excellent. Concierge and valet are great, very prompt and helpful. The food and service at Swell was enjoyable also. Cons, the halls smell strongly of mildew. The pool area leaves a lot to be desired; you must be in the pool to see the view. The room is cramped with very little counter space. The bathroom has a strange setup, shower in the corner with a small wall and no shower curtain. Water gets all over the floor when showering. The showerhead was dirty and the seat was in terrible shape. The no smoking policy is over the top, we were told we could not even light birthday candles as it may set off the sensors. The price of daily valet along with all the taxes and fees ended up being nearly $500 additional. I would not stay here again, the price does not match the experience."
