"When my wife and I first arrived and got the ok to go to our room, we went up and the room was still used from the people before us. We had to wait and pay more for a new room. The staff treated us poorly and we felt uncomfortable during our stay. It wasn't the way we had imagined."

"The hotel is a 5 minute walk to Waikiki beach and to the strip of restaurants and shops. It’s very convenient. There aren’t hotel provided activities like surrounding hotels. Hotel staff is nice, the room is clean and the breakfast is decent with many options. There was a lot of city noise throughout the day and more noticeable in the early mornings- police sirens, work vehicles, machinery, beeping, horns, etc. We upgraded to the Mountain View room that was primarily overlooking a residential and commercial buildings and only about 20% of a Mountain View. That was a disappointment. Overall it was a good choice."
