"The elevator was horrible, a lot of guest checking in but only 2 poor working elevator in the bldg. Some days the housekeepers skipped cleaning the room. I expected more of the breakfast buffet but it was just okay. Though the staff was helpful, overall as a family we will not stay here again."

"We went on a family vacation and really enjoyed the stay. You can't beat a free breakfast, especially in Hawaii, which was consistent and satisfying. The rooms were clean and maintained daily and the dove bath products were great for the accommodations. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and gave great recommendations. It's close to tons of walking options and parking was about $52 a day with unlimited in and out. The parking spots are pretty tight, so be prepared to accommodate. The amenities are pretty good and it can get pretty windy on the fifth floor. We will be staying here again. Thank you staff."
