It was a 2-night stay and the room was not cleaned and there were no fresh towels - had to go to the front desk to ask for them. The ice machines were both “broken,” so there was no ice for our drinks. Finally, the room was prepaid, BUT instead of just putting my card on file, I was charged a $50 deposit which was NOT disclosed at booking.
