The staff was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I feel like the hotel rooms could use a refresh. The shower looked a little rough, the bathroom door was bubbling from the moisture of the shower. Also the shower smelled musty..

A lovely hotel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff for dinner were absolutely miserable and even worse the following morning for breakfast. We decided not to use the restaurant again

Considering the high price, I was not happy with being told the rooftop area would be available to guests for the eclipse, then told upon arrival that it was closed for a private party. Then there was the difficulty of getting basic towel service - staff told us they couldn’t find any clean washcloths at all. The room was small and basic and not worth the cost. Generally disappointing visit. I expect something better from a Hilton.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. A young man named Jerry was working the desk when I checked in and he was so efficient and kind and exactly the type of person you hope to interact with especially when it has been a long day. He was a great "face" to your hotel.
