The Staff in all areas were excellent. Hotel was clean inside, nice clean room. My only complaint is the outside waiting areas like valet and where you catch Uber, entrance on both sides were extremely dirty from the benches to the pillars and the ground filthy dirty. Needs a power wash on the entrance areas. You dont want to set your suit case down while you waiting for a car. That bad.

Stained sheets and torn duvet cover. Lamp in the room was damaged and leaning over , coffee maker was broken and could not be used, curtains had a splattered stain on them. Staff was friendly and helpful when we did need them . Parking was terrible and over priced for both valet and private parking garage next to the building.

Location was great - right across from the Eye and right near tram lines. Pool deck has a great view of the skyline and was nice to relax after a long day. Room cleanliness was a concern. Toilet seat was broken, AC filter was filthy (altho date on it said it was changed recently), but the BIG problem was my friends sheets had blood on them. Not been-through-the-laundry blood but clearly these sheets weren't changed from the person who bled on them, and we checked to see if she had any cuts, which she didn't. Frnt desk was great about everythign though. Overall was a good value for the location.
