Large facility with low volume of guests. I'm sure during summer months and weekends, they are busier since they are close to Six Flags. Facility and parking lot were clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was an area for complimentary breakfast but none was served. On site restaurant was not open. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable.

I don't know where to start... 1. Check in was smooth 2. Room smelled like smoke(pot) and asked for another room but was told none was available 3. Told by desk clerk she would call the manager to see what could be offered to make up for this but never contacted. 4. The room had two AC's but even with both going, the room never got cold enough to sleep comfortably. 5. Appears that the previous guest opened up the window near the bed to smoke pot and left the end of his blunt on the window ledge. Showed front desk and they just blew it off. 6. When we checked in only one of the two elevators was working, the next day both were down. Staff did not offer any advice or assistance to get luggage down to checkout. When confronting front desk was told "sorry" but body language clearly stated he did not care. 7. When checking out we were brushed aside because the clerk did not speak english. Well my wife speaks spanish... But same clerk was happy to help other guests that were Hispanic while we were made to wait (FOR CHECKOUT!!!) 8. We asked again to have a manager call us about our concerns, was assured they would but never was.

Horrible hotel, do not recommend. Service was terrible, room smelled of mildew and was covered up by a terrible spray. Bedding is from the 70’s, smaller bathroom ever, hotel restaurant horrendous, served raw chicken, staff was not trained, restaurant “manager” didn’t know how to use the TOAST POS to do a void, commandeer (security guard) tried to intimidate with his gun, raised his voice at us and tried to arrest one of my friends for asking for an itemized receipt to show proof the void had been done properly, the general manager was useless and must’ve been picked from a random pile or resumes because he was the worst, did not acknowledge our concerns, brushed off the fact that we needed our tab voided, did not care at all about what we brought up and basically kicked us out of the hotel. We didn’t even stay at the hotel. We grabbed our stuff and left instead.
