The volume on the TV did not work and when I went to the desk about it I was told “well all of our tvs have been that way for nearly 2 weeks and we are not offering any discounts.” I didn’t want a discount I wanted a working TV. I went straight from the airport and stayed for 6 days and not one time did housekeeping ever come to my room. When I asked for towels on Wednesday (day3) I was told they had to be requested on the mornings which I had asked 3 times between 7 and 1pm, I finally got towels at 6pm and trash bags after asking so I could empty my own trash.

I like the secure door but no fridge and microwave in room and the sink did not work plus shower flooded bathroom. Nice l ocstion a n d next to denys by bus across street from shell close to chicago cta blue l ine by ohare. The staff seemed reluctant to give me towels.
