The front desk staff was very nice. The building very old, run down. Wanted kitchenette to save money-no dishes, flatware, pots, pans, mugs glasses, nothing! No shampoo or soap. 2 towels and 2 washcloths to last us 4 days. :( Very disappointing.. would not recommend....

room we originally booked was filthy and covered in some dried substance that looked like phlegm or spit on the carpets, kitchen floor, mirror, table and chair. We complained and the staff was apologetic and accommodating, and moved us into an upgraded room in a different suite. There were some stains etc that they warned us about but it was fine for the two night stay we were there for. But that said, general House keeping could use some work. The front desk staff made it right and they’re worth the stay.

Extremely dirty. Bathroom was a mess, dust was everywhere. Horrible stay. Dirty floor, there was a horrible odor on the third floor of weed and fried food. The bathroom tub was dirty, with white and black stains. Would not go again.

Never again!!

This place is outdated and gives off apartment living vibes especially with the foot traffic. Carpet and floors were sticky, toilet and shower curtain smell of urine, the room smell overall. Don’t waste your money on this place!! go elsewhere!!

The staff were exceptional and I felt right at home. The room had some issues. Poor caulking around the tub, hot water controls that were confusing and not effective, poor drainage of the tub and around the sink, there was some clay-like material that meant the sink was "dirty". Also, there was no toilet paper - an empty roll hung on the dispenser.
