We did not stay, we asked for a refund immediately. The place was disgusting. The bed had stains all over it. The bathtub was filthy, really the whole bathroom. There was trash all over the floor in the elevator. Water damage throughout the building. Save your money and go elsewhere.

While checking in the staff was absolutely Hilarious and down to earth i knew then this would be a great stay. I highly recommend. Only downfall was no refrigerator in room but i travel with a cooler so no prob bob

This La Quinta is advertised as non-smoking. However, I was given a room in which people had clearly been smoking. There were almost clouds of it in the air. When I ask for another room, the night clerk told me there was no other room. He did come spray some air freshener, but it didn’t help. This is the worst single experience with a hotel I have ever had. It was so late when I got in after a delayed plane that I had no other choice but to stay. I should be refunded the money I paid for this room.

The place could use a good cleaning. No extra toilet paper we ran out during the night. Luckily there were tissues. No cups for water or to make coffee. In the room with the I. Room coffee pot. There appeared to be cigarette burns in the carpet of a room a had to sign that I wasn’t going to smoke in. There also appeared to be a bloody fingerprint on the lampshade next to the bed.

We were sent there by American Airlines with vouchers due to a flight cancellation. They said they couldn’t honor vouchers and suggested we use an app to book to get a better rate. We used Travelocity. One friend ran up to use the restroom and came back down and said it was filthy and we were not staying. We all went up and checked the rooms. There was garbage and toys and bugs. It was absolutely filthy. They told us they couldn’t refund us directly and we would have to take it up with who we booked with. They put a 100/per room hold on my card. I had 3 rooms for the 5 of us. We turned in the keys and demanded they refund that hold with a receipt showing we had checked out of each room. While waiting for our Uber, the staff were smoking and hanging in front of the building. The area was awful with people sleeping on the benches in front of the hotel. The front desk manager was at least cooperative but the facility as a whole is just awful. We are expecting a refund as we could not stay here. We will be rating this on BBB as well and expect a reply and refund from Travelocity.

Overall the property is nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My stay was great until i woke up and the entire hotel had no power at all not even a back up system.
