Lost my foundation when I changed my room due to the noise level at my original room. The house keeping staff never returned it to me. I knew it has to be there as I used it first day. First time happened to me losing something at the hotel while I am staying there for another 4 nights. The shower did not have cold water in my first room. In my 2nd room the phone does not work. They never bother to fix it. My breakfast was included in the bill, yet every morning they ask me to sign a bill. It’s annoying since it’s buffet style and all they do is pour drip coffee! I really don’t want to be bothered. Not staying there ever again!

I reported a plumbing issue regarding the cold water in the shower. The maintenance man did not provide assistance nor the plumber come to assist even though the maintenance man stated the plumber will come. The in room dining experience was horrible. The food was cold, unpleasant and they left out items that we had to wait for which resulted in food being even more cold.
