I would like to lead with how amazing the staff was! Very accommodating and welcoming. My son left his jacket in the close out after check out. We were already at the airport when we noticed. We called the hotel and they helped us navigate the process of purchasing a shipping label to have it returned. They went above and beyond what was required. The facilities are awesome and the location is unmatched. I will only stay here when I return to Charlotte.

No microwave no coffee! Hotel did not even offer complimentary coffee! For almost 400 for one night! I have stayed in 2 star hotels that had microwaves! I will not stay here again! And the room was higher than what I was suppose to pay!
