Room was spotless - even the carpet was clean! All members of staff that I encountered were very very nice, considerate, and friendly. Especially Jin in the buffet area, Denise who checked me in. There is only one thing that could be improved - I booked an accessible room, but there was no grab bar in the toilet area.
