We loved the location. It's was centrally located. 15 to 20 minutes always from everywhere. What we didn't like. Was the extremely soft bed. Very uncomfortable. My wife and I are still in pain after spending 5 nights sleeping on it. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Charlotte.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a handicap room and not what I asked for. The shower was terrible.
