Front desk staff was nice shuttle process was easy. Room was okay. Very funny how lobby has a smart tv but the rooms have old tvs with 10 channels lol. Walls weee kinda thin. But for a place to get rest for the night too bad !

The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Bathroom a little squeezed but ok for one. Shuttle service worked fine both pick up and drop off. I think a messaging option would be helpful, WhatsApp preferably as it was hard to hear the phone in a bustling airport. Breakfast fare was a little disappointing. Overall 4 out of 5 or 9 out of 10 and good value.
