It was difficult to understand the staff’s english given he had a heavy accent. Other than that the room was clean but a bit noisy at night. The shuttle reservation was great and arrived on time.

Very nice room for the short stay we had in the Charlotte area. Excellent airport shuttle transportation to the hotel and back to the airport the next morning. Walking distance to Cracker Barrel for dinner.
