Room was nice and clean however the beds were terribly stiff. I found it hard to get comfortable. This was my second stay here and my previous bed was the same. I called down to the front desk to ask for makeup remover and was told they don’t have any. The exit sign was hanging off the ceiling into the hallway on floor eight, it seems maintenance needs to work on a couple things.
