Warm Welcome, But Stay Fell Short

The check-in experience was pleasant, and the front desk staff was accommodating and friendly. However, the room itself was disappointing. There was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the TV didn’t work during our stay. I tried calling reception for assistance but received no response. Additionally, the breakfast options were very limited, with only a few food items available for purchase. Unfortunately, these issues affected the overall comfort and experience.

I was exhausted, but the young lady at the desk was extremely welcoming and friendly. Very refreshing, I left my watch and called, and another staff member within 10 minutes sent me a link where I could have my watch mailed to me. Although we reserved a room handicap accessible, when we arrived at 5PM on Thursday, July 10, 2025. They no longer had an accessible room available. It took them 30 minutes with the help of the manager who finally stepped in to get me an accessible room at another Marriott. They told me that a Travelocity booking never guarantees a specific room. So you must call the particular hotel to guarantee an accessible room. I wish I had known that your reservation has no meaning. My wife must have an accessible room with a roll-in shower. I was furious and let them know. You need to tell your customers that your booking does not guarantee a specific room type.
