Up and coming spot...
Excellent location as far as access to dining, shopping, and entertainment. A few shady characters trolling about the place, but they didn't bother me. The place could be good with some curb appeal and a little TLC inside the rooms. A few hiccups here and there during my stay, but the staff was very responsive. Decent value overall.

Decent hotel for the price
Decent hotel with some minor growing pains. Looks like it might have been an extended stay at one point. The lobby area was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the bar and breakfast area wasn't up and running yet. The fixtures it the bathtub need some attention. My tub actually had an unsightly chip in the bottom. The room furnature was very basic but in good condition.
