The fire alarm went off, and everyone at the hotel had to evacuate. I didn't even get a notice about when to come back inside, so I stayed gone all day. What a waste of money! I came back randomly as if nothing had happened. No, I wasn't refunded for that day, but I was extremely tired with nowhere to sleep. The supervisor stated that they weren't reimbursing me for that day because it was only a fire drill and that they don't alert people to let them know when they are able to come back unless they are standing in front of the building. But why would I stay if the fire alarm is going off? I've never experienced anything like it, so of course, I left and went far from the building. I wasn't too happy about that situation. Plus, my phone didn't work, so every time I needed something, I would have to go get it. I told two people on two different days, and nothing was done about it. I've been to this hotel five times on separate occasions when I visit Charlotte, North Carolina, but this time I wasn't happy with my stay.

Everything was good, except the valet parking at night time, the person that was parking the cars, was driving like he was trying to crash, he literally almost hit a black cadillac escalade, I offered to park my own car after seeing such a terrible service, love the place but won't be staying again
