Family trip for a NFL game with kids. Even though the pool was closed for the season it was nice to have the basketball court outside with the patio area to let them get energy out after a long drive. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was quiet and clean. Our room was very spacious. Having the extra space with a suite and kitchen space for longer trips and a large family makes such a huge difference. Extra bonus that it didn’t break the bank to get all those extras. Great restaurants in walking distance. It was close enough to downtown without being in the middle of downtown traffic and chaos. Saving this hotel for future stays for sure!!

The staff was extremely polite and friendly! The main issue was the smell in the room. Upon immediate checking into the room there was a terrible smell. I made front desk staff aware of it. It smells like a combination of stinky feet and pet odors. I was offered housekeeping or room switch. I honestly think the carpets need to be deep cleaned or replaced.

All staff from the front desk to the breakfast ladies and the housekeepers were friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The other guests in the hotel were quiet as was the area. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The staff was great, the rooms were clean and very comfortable and spacious, and breakfast was delicious. The location was very convenient to get to the interstate and Carowinds amusement park, the reason for our stay, was only about 15 minutes away. My only minor complaint was that the pool was extremely cold, but that was as much the weather's fault as the hotel's. It was unseasonably cool at night during our trip and I assume the pool is not heated.

The breakfast was included I forgot the lady name but the one from Tuesday to Thursday morning what a sweetheart my kids said they felt like grandma was making waffles for them. Steve or Steven from the front desk provided different places that were family friendly. Rooms and room service are just the pictures and the information provided. If i’m in town will stay there again.
