Stayed for 4 nights. Very convenient area to get to ballantyne & uptown. Breakfast was average but was hot and had options just would have liked clear signage as to what has pork and what did not. Nice gym. Housekeeping is every other day but even still I had to track the housekeeper and request service for my room. Would stay again.

Everything from food to room and the staff were all amazing. My only complaint is that they only have 2 luggage carts that are very small which don't hold very much and 1 bell hop cart which was always gone. had to take 4 trips to get to car.

Breakfast and cleanliness of facilities was good. However, the windows do not open leaving the rooms and facility stuffy. If you are allergic to pet dander do not book here as they accept pets into all the rooms. My stay was hell due to my allergies being activated because there’s no ventilation. The bedding was the worst, two thin sheets and a slippery duvet cover was subpar at best. The worst of all was Christmas Day, we were left with no clean linen or towels and our garbage was not emptied which meant we came back to a terrible smell in the room. Now I wouldn’t be upset about this other than the fact that we were informed that those two things would be taken care of by housekeeping on Christmas Day .

The breakfast options were limited, fruits were old and dried. Spacious studio rooms, we did find three little roaches and our toilet was wobbly. Loved the kitchen sink and microwave, gave it an extra home feeling. Indoor pool was very small. Laundry washer and dryer were reasonably priced $2 per load.
