Both extra locks on the hotel door were broken and did not function. We had no internet service in our room and when we talked to the front desk staff about it, they said they were going to send someone to repair it but no one ever came. Very disappointed in the stay.

Shuttle delay

The restaurant and room were great! The blankets were not 5 star, but I am not expecting what I have at home. The location was great! The common areas were clean and welcoming! All 5--- the shuttle was a 1, needs a change. We waited over an hour at the airport and had to find our own transportation. On the way back to the airport they had overbooked the shuttle and it created a time delay and awkward situation.

The wait for pick up at the airport was ridiculously long. The mattress on our king bed was The Worst I’ve ever slept on! Holiday Inn Express is Way better. Not worth the money we spent.
