I would love to be able to review on my stay here except the hotel took it upon themselves to pass by booking because my method of payment hadn’t gone through same day. I was not contacted from the hotel or travelocity and found out at 1am the day of my reservation after a flight. The attendant was literally smiling letting me know that my room was booked and there wasn’t a way to stay in the hotel. AWFUL service and unapologetic. They didn’t notice Travelocity and didn’t care for my reservation. Unprofessional and rude. Hotel looks clean, however if you get to stay make sure no issues arise because they will happily not fix it.
