Everything was great. Staff couldn’t have been more kind or helpful. Even the lady in charge of breakfast was awesome. Didn’t meet the manager but the kindness given me over my husband’s crisis at the hospital shows how awesome they r there

There was roaches crawling on the floor in the lobby and in the food area so gross and i bave yet to receive my receipt from my stay the elevator had spilled wh a t smelled like bleach on the floor terrible stay will not be back

Breakfast items went out and there were 2 hrs left, attendant was slow, not attentive, and didnt want to refresh items. Rooms are horrible. We didnt have a blackout/privacy shade/curtain, and our room had a parking lot light roght outside the window. The toilet is SO LOW, and takes 3 flushes to empty the bowl. The beds are not comfortable and there wasnt a blanket. You get a fitted sheet, and 2 flat sheets. Worst hotel experience.
