Everybody was so friendly and kind checkout was easy. Check-in was easy. The bartender was the best ever and even comped us a couple of drinks on our last night there after we hung out about two or three nights in a row. He was a real gentleman.

This hotel is poorly ran, they refused to give me 2 room keys. The elevator key access pad didn’t work 1/2 the time and staff dismissed our concerns. Definitely won’t stay again

The room was neglected. Peeling wallpaper and patched wallpaper on the walls. rundown room. We didn't have hot water at bedtime or to shower in the morning. staff was barely sympathetic.

This is 3rd time staying at this hotel. The room we had this time was street side and you could hear traffic on the 8th floor. Was not so pleasant when trying to sleep and loud cars revved their engines. Was disappointed at how little there was at the now City Center. When was Epi Center there were so many places to go. Kinda sad.
