Shelley T checked us in and she was super friendly and extremely helpful. My room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and I had a decent view. The complimentary breakfast and nightly happy hour reception for guests is the icing on the cake. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and neat, it could use more towel hooks to hang wet towels if it is more than 2 people then there are not enough hooks. The bathroom light switches need to be on both sides not just next to the entrance from kitchenette The room staff was very professional and polite The breakfast was very good The limit on drinks has never been my experience at any other embassy so that was very different Paying for parking I never understood if I am paying to stay at this upscale hotel why charge for parking especially the rate of $45.00 daily

Simple, clean hotel. Shelley at the front desk is very friendly, easy to talk to, pleasant and professional. She really is an amazing person. Directly across the street from the NASCAR Hall of Fame. 1 block from the convention center. Complimentary water was great! Good breakfast and evening snacks. Wanda made omelets while singing. There was a $75 per day hold on my credit card. I didn’t get the name of the valet guy who assisted me on Saturday night with directions but he was very nice, patient and helpful. The only con was that the hair dryer was dirty.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The valet service was not. The valet team member that assisted my daughter and I didn’t even offer to assist us in getting our bags out of the car! The room was smelly. The carpet and sofa need cleaned.
