Very clean location. It wasn’t quite because there were activities going on. But only on the main level. The room was clean and quiet. Staff very friendly. Food was good. Great location. It was just my husband and I for a romantic getaway. It was worth it.

Overall, the trip was great. One thing I do have a question about is the breakfast. I paid the surcharge when booking for “breakfast for two”, but was still charged separately when having the breakfast buffet Saturday. Did the surcharge not include the breakfast buffet? If so, that’s okay.

I did not like the photos of the room i booked showed a view of Charlotte but the view i got was of a dirty enclosed roof where i had to keep the curtains closed. The staff said oh you booked with a 3rd party. Due to being busy we cant change your room. I wasn't happy about this but i am still giving a 4 rating.
