Check-in was seemless despite the heavy accent of the employee. It was a little difficult understanding what she was saying. The room was fine. The pillows needed to be changed, they were flat and not comfortable.

The breakfast was good, but the serving hours from 6-9 AM is too early IMO, especially on weekends. The rest of the day was absolutely perfect. From the fun environment of the lobby, decorated for the holidays to the cleanliness throughout the hotel. Will definitely return.

One day out of 4, we had hot water. We talked to the front desk about the problem each day. The first day we were surprised by cold water in the morning. We were promised that it was fixed once, still not hot in the morning. The next day it was fixed, and then on our last day, cold water in the morning again. Check the hot water before you stay. Also, they couldn't print out the discounted bill from the front desk. That's the first time I ever heard that. All other hotels can print out bills, why not this hotel. Business travelers beware.

The fire alarm went off two days in a row for no reason . It’s startle my wife and I during our stay. Also the front desk attend on my day of check in was not pleasant as she had her little kid working the front desk. Also, when I arrived she stated that she didn’t have any rooms for me which I had paid for two months in advance thru Expedia. Then she try to act like she was doing me a favor to check to see if she had a room. This is something she should have done before I got there before stating she had no rooms. She mysteriously off of a sudden find a room with 2 queen beds when I actually paid for king size. She tried to act like she did us a favor when she had a room all along , Her attitude was terrible and all this could of been prevented if she had just said she had two queens instead of king.

It was convenient that it was close to the airport, Costco, and the Billy Graham Library. The hotel was clean and in good condition. The king room was a little small but was fine for our one night stay.
