The hotel was beautiful and the location was perfect, less than a two-minute walk from the Spectrum Center. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I travel often, and this is definitely one of my favorite Omni hotels. The only downside was that the pool was closed for repairs, which I was really looking forward to enjoying. Overall 10/10 experience

My wife and I recently stayed at the Omni Charlotte Hotel, and we cannot say enough positive things about our experience. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, the stay was perfect overall. It is rare to find a destination that hits every mark, but this hotel managed to do exactly that. Our expectations were high coming in, and we found that they were either completely met or, in many cases, significantly exceeded. Here are a few highlights from our visit: Stunning Aesthetics: The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. The interior design is sophisticated and welcoming, creating an atmosphere of true luxury. Breathtaking Views: The city view from our guest room was beautiful. Watching the Charlotte skyline light up at night was a definitive highlight of our trip. Exceptional Service: The staff ensured that every detail was handled with care, making us feel valued throughout our entire stay.
