The hotel was beautiful and the location was perfect, less than a two-minute walk from the Spectrum Center. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I travel often, and this is definitely one of my favorite Omni hotels. The only downside was that the pool was closed for repairs, which I was really looking forward to enjoying. Overall 10/10 experience

Our stay was wonderful and the staff was amazing as well avle to accommodate my husband and I. The heater in our room was not working properly, called front desk, maintenance came within seconds and told us they woulf have to move us to another room and apologize. Everything was smoothly without hesitation. Thank you Omni for great customer service and well kept rooms. Also, just some ladies don't wear heels while on the escalator, both tabs came off my boots. It was my fault 😪 to the shoe shop I go.

I had no heat in my room and the weather was in the 30’s. Engineering came out to reset the unit and it still did not warm up. I’ve stayed here a dozen times and this is the first time I feel robbed for the amount I paid to feel extremely uncomfortable
