Apon checking in we go to the room and it wasn’t cleaned then waited 2 hours and 2 phone calls later to get moved to a different room. Breakfast was only cereal and yogurt. People outside running back and forth screaming at each other.

The floor was nasty, mold in the bathroom, the refrigerator was nasty and froze up, the microwave didn't work. The door going in to the roomhad been kicked in and the frame was 1 inches off the waty,the Ac was nasty . There was gunshots both nights we were there. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable.

First room I go in it’s stuffy and hot the ac is broken & when I walk in the restroom water all over the floor tries to call front desk phone doesn’t work. Lady switches are room the ac unit is louder than the tv the mattress covers have stains on them & the toilet constantly runs the shower turns on brown water comes out then goes normal I just let it go because I’m beyond exhausted ur I deserve a refund a discount something for this inconvenience
