Wait at check in was long. They overbooked and did not provide the room type I had reserved but instead downgraded me. I was traveling with my children and having the smaller beds was not preferred. They also did not mention they were putting me in a different room than I reserved, but I discovered it when I got to the room. One elevator was out of service so wait times to use elevator was long.

The staff was excellent and really appreciated the way they provided all that I requested. I didn't like that the person in the room next to mine had an alarm that rang at 5 am. That's not the problem, but they hit a snooze button til 7:45 am. Their alarm beat every 5 minutes until 7:45 am. I know this couldn't be controlled by staff. The walls were too thin. Other than that my stay was great.

Great one night stay. Staff was friendly. Location was safe and clean. Only a short ride to the concert venue that we were going to. Would definitely stay again.
