I would like to lead with how amazing the staff was! Very accommodating and welcoming. My son left his jacket in the close out after check out. We were already at the airport when we noticed. We called the hotel and they helped us navigate the process of purchasing a shipping label to have it returned. They went above and beyond what was required. The facilities are awesome and the location is unmatched. I will only stay here when I return to Charlotte.

Great location but sadly the room is not very noise proof and we were kept up all night from the noise of the neighbor's TV. They were not being obnoxious, no need to call the front desk, but the rooms were just not well "insulated" for sound.

After a concert knowing there would be multi people, the access to use the stairs was blocked and said to be for emergency only… leaving 100 plus people inline waiting to use the elevator and causing a lot of chaos between the parties.. also outside parking stairs was full of homeless people smoking and getting high and would not move so we could get to the bottom floor…

We were able to check in early, which I really appreciated. Room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping and front desk staff were excellent. Nakia at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. He gave us some great suggestions for restaurants in the area. The area is convenient. Very walkable. Lots of things nearby. I'll definitely stay here again.
