My family was there for a birthday celebration and had gotten caught in the snowstorm on January 31 2026. The staff was so accommodating to my family that they allowed us to have a brief celebration at the hotel. My family was so delighted and grateful to the staff that weekend.

I rated our stay average because our room was clean but never got service for the 3 nights we stayed. When my husband asked the housekeeper, she gave him only one towel. Our sleep was average due to the less than pillows we had on our bed. The breakfast area was too crowded with kids due to a cheerleading conference, no fault of the hotel. This led to the breakfast area overcrowded, messy and food horribly picked over. Since we did not hang the do not disturb sign on our door, the least we could have gotten was a room that was cleaned or refreshened daily.

Room door left open with a screwdriver no explanation but maintenance was in our room and no reason to be there and all we got was a i dont know why they were in there when our things were left in the room and our door was open for we dont know how long we got back to our room after 9pm and we left before 7am

My go to hotel in Charlotte!!!! Clean and comfortable. I don’t care about anything else when I travel. As long as my room,bed,sheets is clean, ( past experience with bedbugs sightings in other hotels… yikes and I am forever mortified!!!!) no mold or smells… then it’s a thumbs up!!!!!!
