According to the Hampton Inn, Expedia failed to provide important details of my reservation. They did not have any of the contact info or the special instructions I provided for the hotel. The hotel said that this is a common occurence when making reservations with third parties like Expedia. This unfortunately caused a less than smooth experience when each member of my party tried to check in in person. Do better Expedia!

Room was super clean and quiet. Only a 5 minute or so drive to Charlotte Motor Speedway. Breakfast had different variety every morning. (Waffle flavour changes, eggs are different style and then the protein changes daily) Only problem we had was the hot water in the shower wasnt hot enough. Felt more lukewarm than hot. But that was honestly our only complaint. Loved the spot so much that we rebooked for next year.
