The hotel had fantastic decor which included sculptures, beautiful handmade items and imaginative furniture. Walking through the hotel and the hotel’s beach area at night was a colorful, enchanting experience. The room was clean with a nice balcony overlooking a beautiful sea view. It was clean, with a great shower, nice soaps and shampoo, with an excellent coffee machine. It was a little noisy during the day because outside traffic was audible. Hotel is a little far from stores so a Uber is necessary to get around without a personal car. The staff was great, helpful, and when my girlfriend needed an iron they were quick to supply one for her. The restaurant was excellent, with a nice selection of excellent quality, reasonably priced food. For breakfast my girlfriend and I liked sitting outside on the balcony overlooking the swimming pool to enjoy the cool breeze. We would definitely like to come back to this hotel.

Room was ok, resort needs improvement as everything it on poor conditions. Restaurant was also not as great. It a little isolated from everything around. No transportation available so i was using a lots of uber. All soap and champoo dispenser was empty still after i request a refill at frontdesk. It really loud with the highway on the side with poor door isolation i woke up everynight with speedy cars and motocycle noise. Dirty bed sheet and pillow cover.

Resort is falling apart !! many areas closed down with caution tape or cones. Horrible septic smell throughout the hotel.No hot water, electricity was out, slippery floors. Chairs have been spray painted multi times are all cracked, stained and broken. All if the water features are broken and falling apart. Private access to pool is false yes we could access pool from our room but all quests had access. Statues in pool are also deteriorated. Beach is nonexistent. All of the furniture is broken. Internet is spotty at best restaurant has very limited menu and overpriced. Food was poor quality. All of the advertised bars are false there is one bar by the upstairs pool. Was promised bottled water at check in and a bottle of wine Never received anything Tried speaking to staff regarding problems only excuses they told us yes we know we many problems but limited money and no one to take responsibility. We ended up switching hotels beware of getting scammed. Pictures are not current do not represent current condition
