We stayed here one night before our cruise out of the Port Of LA. 25 of us total got there at about 11:45 am. I called a few days before to let them know we would be there earlier than check in time. They had all of our rooms ready. We dropped our bags in our rooms and went to Bourbon St on the trolley car. This is a great place with the most comfortable beds!!!!!!! The staff was so pleasant and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. Great restaurant right next door and the food was fantastic! I highly recommend this hotel
