"My room was given away but it was a forgivable mistake as we had the same name and staff comped some drinks. The room I was given however was of poor quality. Saw multiple roaches, room felt muggy no matter the what the a/c setting. I could hear everything happening on my floor. I will not be staying here again. "

Waking up to the Miami skyline and water views felt unreal. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is unmatched. The pool scene was beautiful, the ambiance was upscale without feeling pretentious, and every detail gave luxury. The Penthouse was spacious, immaculate, and truly made our Miami trip unforgettable.
