"Very clean hotel and staff is always happy and ready to assist. Loved the atmosphere and how easy it was to check in and book with them. Their valet service is amazing and you can take/request beach towels with you to the beach. They also give you “welcome drinks” and that’s a voucher for one night. The only 2 things I disliked was the non window room. There was no air ventilation except for the AC which made the room humid if the mode was on fan. Due to no ventilation and combined humidity, my towels never got the chance to dry and my swimsuit started to smell bad after day 1. There’s also no microwave and I had no luck with their TV as it always said there was an error. There’s no kettle either so don’t bother bringing any type of tea bags with the thought of being able to drink it at night. You’ll have to wait till breakfast the next day and maybe bring a tea bag with you."

"I had high hopes for this hotel. It was horrific. I understand it’s on the beach and there is noise, but the walls are so thin and everyone is screaming at 1am. The hotel staff does nothing and they are the worst part. They do nothing. They sit there and act like they will help and then just go back on their phone. I will say the cleaning staff is top tier and they do extremely well cleaning rooms. I will never stay here again and will tell those that ask me to not as well."
