"Disappointed by the self serve check in . I paid almost $200 a room and only kiosks. Nobody there when I checked out. The good thing was I didn't realize there was a time difference between London and Amsterdam. Had I not stayed at the airport, I would have missed my flight."

"From the moment we checked in the staff have been faultless, great English, extremely helpful and friendly. Stayed here in order to run the Amsterdam marathon and the experience has been great. Ordered pizzas for dinner here and they were delightful! Freshly made, packed with flavour and delicious! The room was compact but had EVERYTHING you could need, innovative tech made the rooms fun and meant you could control everything seamlessly! Really enjoyed my stay here "
