"There were many instances where they fell short, especially with front desk and housekeeping. However, the final straw was when housekeeping took a used bath towel from the bathroom floor, folded it up and put it back on the towel rack! I will avoid this hotel and every other one managed by this group."

"This hotel was new, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are small but extremely efficient and thoughtfully designed. The common areas were spacious, comfortable, and offered plenty of seating to relax or work. The restaurant provided good meals, which made the stay even more convenient. A major plus is that the hotel is within walking distance to the airport. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay."

"Horrible experience, I didn’t pay attention that I booked a room in the basement, which is a jail cell. The stairs are very dangerous. Other people made the same remarks. When I asked to change to another room, I was charged another 50 Euros. I’m a very frequent traveler and this is one of the few times that I had a bad experience with a hotel. So, my good advice is to book in another hotel."
