Staff was fantastic! Restaurants were great as well. The location of the hotel cannot be beat. In a quiet area Away from the hustle and bustle, that’s still close to the main attractions. Our room had a fantastic view over a canal – look like a painting. Upgrading to a canal view is worth it.

We ended up back here after some plans got derailed on our trip and it was again the most lovely experience. They upgraded us to a more spacious room and will definitely be staying here again.

The staff was very attentive and cordial. The rooms are lovely, clean, with an incredible location. If you eat at the bar/restaurant…the pasta and hamburger are delicious. And the focaccia… leaves your mouth watering. You have to order it with the tomato-feta dish. The gym was on the smaller side , but we usually had it for ourselves. It has a handful of cardio machines and upstairs, a good selection of weights with a bench and bands. There was also a TV with workouts you could choose from. Good ambiance! We also rented the bikes. So fun!!!!! It will definitely be my place of choice to stay again!

Couldn’t fault this hotel the staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for us and the decor is gorgeous. Breakfast lovely and lots of options. Only little suggestion would be to add in fluffy dressing gowns in the Winter months rather than the thin material ones.
