The staff was incredibly friendly, the lobby/lounge/restaurant area was welcoming and comfortable, and the room accommodations were first rate - I was expecting a much smaller room when it was described as "cozy"! I would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam!

Highly, highly recommend! Everything about the property is great! Rooms are cozy and very comfortable. The lounge and restaurant area is outstanding and there is so much energy and activity happening. All of the staff was extremely kind and helpful. In a great and safe location and very walkable. Great large room and canal view. Staff were very helpful trying to assist during a 2 day issue with Wi-Fi and few minor room issues. Restaurant and bar were very busy and crowd was a bit younger than expected. Location was amazing with lots of restaurants and close to many major attractions. Bit of noise in evening, but quiet at night. Would stay again.
