We had a lovely stay here for 2 nights celebrating our birthdays. Very nice hotel, great facilities, lovely room & everything you could need supplied in the room. Less than half a mile from the train station it was an easy walk after arriving.

It is a great location near the train station, and a nice walking distance from all the beautiful attractions. Not in the middle of everything, but close enough if you don’t mind walking 10 to 15 minutes to the tourist attractions..

We absolutely loved our stay here!! It was my partners birthday and they made such effort on arrival. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, everything you could possibly need in them. The only downfall it had was the lifts, they could take up to 10 mins waiting and at night there only seemed to be one working. Also the bridge hasn’t fully be built yet so it’s a little extra time to walk around. Overall we had a lovely stay and can’t wait to come back.

Lovely hotel with clean spacious room. Convenient for Centraal station. Main annoyance was the lifts, there are only 3 lifts for 12 floors and during our stay one lift was completely out of service and some days only 1 lift was working. It also didn’t help that when you take the staircase there is not one set of stairs from top to bottom you have to walk through the 2 different hotel floors to get out

Overall very good, with some comfort shortfalls

Well located, 15 minutes walk from the train station and 20 mins from the center of the city. Hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. The reason for fewer than 5 stars is the elevators were super slow, it was hard to regulate the temperature in the room ( too hot) and the pillows too high and uncomfortable. Would give 4.5 if option was available.

The hotel is fine. Location is nice about 15 minute walk from central station. Our experience was not good in checking in. We were friends travelling from different places and my two friends arrived before me. As I booked it, the hotel would not let them check in despite me sending my passport picture and written permission and confirmation of the booking to them whilst they were stood trying to check in: The hotel staff watched them sit on the sofas in reception late In to the evening obviously very tired, until I arrived at 12.15 am and then allowed me to show my picture of my passport.
