Park Plaza Victoria is a beautiful hotel, conveniently located across the road from centraal train station. Tip, walk outside the station, turn left and walk through the underpass, then you'll see the hotel across the road. Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and warm showers. Vic's bar is lovely and chilled, with nice cocktails and some yummy bar snacks. The burger was really tasty! The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. A wonderful stay, we'll be back! 😁

So close to the Amsterdam Centraal so it makes it easy to go to Schiphol airport, near tourist attractions, near all the action, concierge very helpful- I think his name was David. It’s our second time staying in this hotel and we will always stay here whenever we visit Amsterdam!!

The room was quite small, but well organized. I loved the views from my room. Breakfast was delicious. I appreciated that they offered a EUR 10 voucher if you chose not to have your room cleaned.

The hotel facilities and rooms are excellent. However, it's in a very noisy area right by the train station, with lots of trams, people, street musicians, etc. If you want or need that convenience, great, but it's like staying in a hotel in Times Square in NY except that you're close to the ground.

I booked the hotel for a day before I arrived. This was my mistake. When I realized it, I sent them a note and thought that since I had the room the previous day, I will get a room right away when I come. They gave me a room, but they gave away my original room which was a canal facing room and gave me a dingy wall facing room which was very claustrophobic. They offered me free breakfast, but I am really disappointed that even after letting them know that I will arrive the next day, they gave away my room. I had even checked in. So I am really disappointed that they decided to give away my room.
