Hotel was convenient to airport. Unfortunately our flight was delayed. Most hotels will store luggage for a bit to help with the inconvenience. Hilton couldn’t help us because we didn’t have a reservation that night. Personally I thought that was pretty crappy.

The room was amazing, I slept like a baby. I wish I could have stayed longer but had an early connection. No complaints, the staff were great, the building is spectacular. Would happily stay again.

Extra charges for an early arrival was extremely out of normal as the hotel directly next door, The Sheraton Schipol has never charged me an early arrival fee. Very disappointed and was not disclosed at the time of my booking. I am a member of the Hilton loyalty club and they still charged the fee... i travel regularly to amsterdam, but will be sure never to stay at the Hilton Schipol again

Room was nice. hotel was very close to airport access, however, pool was very crowded with drunken young men with no manners, also difficult to get towels and cover up inside pool area without getting wet, then no where to put items inside pool area
