I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful, but I especially want to mention Monica from the swimming section — she was absolutely amazing! 🌟 She went out of her way to assist us, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her kindness and professionalism truly made our experience special. Thank you, Monica, for your outstanding service! Highly recommended hotel! 🏨💦

Room was great for my 13 year old twins, myself and my 68 year old mother. We enjoyed the airplane tour and the pool was great. Some of the front desk staff were nice but some were very rude. I had to argue with them almost everyday about the breakfast buffet. It was included in my booking but I had to wait in line at the front desk every morning and show them the booking to get a voucher because they never added our room or name to the print out that the restaurant staff had. The shuttle bus to the airport was very nice. The driver in the evenings was awesome. I think his name was Dennis. He was very entertaining and personable. Some woman drove her car right into the side of the bus (no way he could have avoided the collision), but he remained calm and made sure everyone was okay. We were really glad to see him back the next day for our final trip back to the airport. We were a little disappointed that we couldn’t rent the bicycles as advertised. Apparently they didn’t have the keys for all the bikes sitting outside. My kids had really been looking forward to exploring the neighborhood on bikes. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

Firstly, the Urban does NOT have a swimming pool, let alone Spa. Secondly, when we arrived we were told it was full of refugees and we would need to walk400m+ to a “better” hotel. On arrival, we were told that we were not staying there and told to walk across a campus to apartments

Everything was as described. The property and room were very clean. The staff was great. It is near the airport which is fantastic with a free shuttle to/from Schiphol which is convenient, however if you are not traveling to the city center, it can be a bit out of the way if you don’t have a vehicle.

Booked room there but ended up in the Marriott which belongs to them I think. It’s not an hotel it’s a small village full of blocks with rooms Breakfast. Hot stuff like eggs bacon all cold not nice. Needed to be close to Olympic Stadium and Schiphol so that was ideal Would I go there again. NO.
