We had to stay several nights due to flight cancelations. The rooms were comfy, the staff was always kind and accommodating. They seemed to feel our pain. After 5 days we were finally able to leave and they wished us well. Great place to stay close to the airport.

Very nice stay

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is about a ten-minute drive from the airport, and the free shuttle bus is quite handy. You can find the stop to the right of the airport’s main exit. There’s a noticeboard listing the times and bus stop numbers for each hotel offering the service, just look for your hotel and note which stop is yours (there are several lined up along that road). The shuttle is a van with the hotel’s name clearly displayed. Each van serves only one hotel and runs on a fixed schedule, so be punctual! Luggage space is limited. Ours ran every thirty minutes. The hotel itself is spacious and offers good sound insulation. The reception staff felt a bit detached and occasionally incompetent—especially noticeable coming from the UK, where receptionists tend to be better trained. Still, when I needed help, I got it. Perhaps it’s just a local cultural difference? The room was adequate, with nice, comfy beds. I’d recommend signing up for the hotel’s membership to access faster internet. The shower was fine, the mini fridge was convenient, and the kettle was tucked away in a small wardrobe. I would have preferred a larger, metal kettle for better taste, but it did the job. The blackout curtains were excellent and ensured a good night’s sleep. The pool and gym were a welcome bonus, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Breakfast was good, though a bit on the expensive side. I would stay again:)

The room was very clean which allowed me to assume the stained carpets were clean as well. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The shuttle bus driver did not once consider to help anyone with their bags... even though a woman struggled to manage her suitcases. He continued to sit next to his tip jar. Another person came to provide her with assistance.

The airport shuttle was mostly on time the majority of the time. Usually they leave on the half hour from the hotel so the airport they would show up around 10 mins later. On one occasion, they had a whole platform of patrons from a cancelled flight we had to wait 2 shuttles and push ourselves on. shuttles are small they should call another hotel to pick up the excess people or have at least 2 shuttles. The breakfast buffet is extremely healthy, lots of options however the hot food is placed in plates with heating lamps and not heated plates. Not sure why there was a rice and rice and water. Oatmeal would have been a good option. There is every kind of fruit, cold cuts, juices, fresh breads, eggs made to order, yogurts and every condiment known. Even champagne, 3 different types of water, fresh honey from a honeycomb. Very good selection of fruit, salad and salmon. 0ne lemon loaf cake which was good day 1 but not everyday and always chicken sausage, pork bacon, pancakes. etc...aside from some items being cold, i ate my fair share of great healthy food every day. The staff (one staff) at the front desk literally threw the cards and said here's your room it's on the 3rd floor. nothing else. worse check in and gave us the worse room, smelly next to ice machine and elevator, husband went downstairs to get another room greeted by a nice staff who gave us a nice room on the 5th floor. it was our 3rd time at this hotel. Dinner buffet excellent lots of selection.

This hotel is beautful and rooms are lovely but there were not great dining options for breakfast or supper unless you wanted to pay a lot of money for a buffet. While the buffet was lovely, it was expensive and at breakfast there was no place to simply sit and have a small breakfast. If we didn’t have the buffet there was no other option in the morning .

Great location close to the airport and a convient shuttle between the hotel and airport. The dinner and breakfast buffets offer a wide range of food and was delicious. The pool and exercise rooms were great for workouts and the european spa was so relaxing. Overall the hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!!

Overall decent. The hotel is showing its age and is in need of a renovation. The check in was atrocious as they had one person checking in an entire bus of people plus helping other guests. That was unacceptable. Decent location not too far from the airport.
