Nice modern hotel. Spacious room. Nice bathroom with good shower. Bed was not very comfortable. Mattress kept sliding. Shuttle service is good, but driver not very friendly.

We did have to change out our room because we requested two twins and the first room was not that. Also our AC didn’t work great, but was serviceable. Other than that, it was a nice clean room, the beds were comfortable, the provided soap and hand lotion had a nice smell. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Had the breakfast buffet and it was quite good and would highly recommend adding it to your reservation, you can’t get anything for that price at the airport.

The room was clean, comfortable, top notch and the hotel has good amenities. My only peeve is that housekeeping did not stop by my room after my first night, and therefore my bed was not made and both dirty mugs nor replaced. Also, the kettle failed to function the morning I was leaving for the airport. The shuttle service to and from the airport is great but would be better if there was a shuttle service every 15 mins instead of 30 as it can get crowded quickly and lack of space for suitcases. The location is quiet and safe otherwise.

Steigenberger had their own shuttle to pick us up and drop us back at the airport - complimentary. They had a couple of restaurants and a nice sports bar with snacks and a patio. The staff were fantastic and the room was comfortable and had nice amenities. We would use this hotel again in the future.

It’s a lovely hotel, but there’s nothing around so hungry customers are at the mercy of the hotel’s restaurants and their exorbitant prices. I also met the rudest desk clerk I have ever encountered.

The hotel was okay but a little disappointing. This was our last stop of a 17 day trip and we were really looking forward to a hotel stay with the amenities and comforts that come with it. The bed itself was very uncomfortable, we noticed later that the mattress was more of a thin pad and it was two smaller pads that made up the larger bed. The shower didn't drain, which made showering a little gross, and the iron wasn't working. The location is also quite far from the airport, despite how it looks on maps, it was a $25 EUR uber ride from the airport. There is a shuttle from the airport that you can take, however, if you're out later you'll need to find your own way back.
