Perfect location right in the heart of the city making everywhere pretty much walkable. Rooms were just as described and cozy. Staff was very nice & friendly!

First and foremost, they have friendly staff. The location was close to tourist spots. They have a Happy Inn laundromat close to this hotel which I think is very good. I recommend this place.

Staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. We were booked into a room on the third floor andcwe asked if we could be moved to somewhere on the lower floor, they gave us an excellent room next to reception whjch was brilliant and they could not do enough for you. Room was clean and bedding, bathroom was spotless and lovely clean towels.
