The staff at the hotel are so courteous and accommodating to every need. They all go out of their way to make the stay as comfortable as possible. They are pleasant and really made us feel welcomed. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, dining, sight-seeing and the central station. It’s a beautiful area and the history of the hotel makes it charming.

Great location and for a historical building, very nicely renovated. We had booked a Superior Room, which was very spacious and a corner unit away from the stairs/elevator. The location of the hotel was perfect, right beside a few tram lines, close to a grocery store, basically right next to the Grachtengordel (the canal district). I had purchased the iAmsterdam pass (which came with free transit) and didn't use transit nearly as often as I thought I would, because there's a lot you can cover within a 30min radius. The bed was comfortable, the bar fridge was ... big enough. No complains. Only wish I had slotted time to drink in the pub downstairs, it looked fun.

The Hotel is a beautiful old building celebrating its 155th year! They had special promotions on food/drinks and we were given a gorgeous tin of Stroopwafels too. Our room was gorgeous, so spacious and the beds were super comfortable! A special mention must go to the Reception staff and Front Office Manager who checked us in. They were all brilliant! So helpful and made our stay a very happy one! I'd definitely recommend this Hotel and would certainly stay again.

A charming, historic hotel with character. My room and bathroom had clearly been recently renovated, offering modern comfort while retaining the building’s old-world charm. The on-site Café Teri was excellent—great food and atmosphere. The surrounding area is a bit busy and lively, but I personally enjoyed the energy.

The staff were great. The restaurant and pub had great food and fun staff. Front desk staff were really kind and helpful. I loved my room. It had so much character. Worth the upgrade. It was like a little batchelor apartment with a great view, great bed, fridge, Nespresso, kettle, desk, dressor, two spacious and comfy lounge chairs, tub and shower and lots of mirrors. The whole room was really comfortably appontmented.

I was blown away with the service and care of the team in this hotel, from start to finish of check in and out, to the restaurants team. The hotel itself was beyond my expectations. Very clean and spacious, with the fab balcony at the front of the building. Definitely will be back!
