The hotel is awesome. We were pleased with the room, the location, and the food. The only area of improvement would be with housekeeping. The room was clean. Every morning we had coffee and a tea. These were not replaced daily, so we had to ask for more. Perhaps this was just an oversight, but it occurred the entire time we were there. Other than that minor complaint, we loved the hotel and will stay again.

Beautifully restored building in the heart of this happy city. Our little Junior Suite was very stylish and comfortable. Great restaurant downstairs, and everything Amsterdam offers is just outside the front door. It can get loud outside in the wee hours… comes with the territory. We’ll be back!

Comfortable bed but rooms small. Very noisy extractor fan - on non stop! Had to change room - staff were able to do that. Lighting in room very dim - not possible to read. Good choice at buffet breakfast. Good central location.

The hotel’s location is ideal, very walkable to most tourist sites and restaurants. There is easy access to public transportation for museums and parks that are a little further away. The hotel rooms are small, but are clean and functional. The staff are very helpful!

This was a complete gamble as I had no idea of where the hotel was in relation to the city and was not disappointed. An easy walk from the station, Jordaan and central areas allowed easy access. It was a little noisy as it was on a busy tram route, however that sort of went with the experience. Very comfortable beds which is important.

The hotel is very convenienly located from the Central Train Station, to sightseeing destinations, and the shopping district. Rooms are tiny, literally tiny... lacking some usual amenities but very clean! There is no 'reception' area as such, but there's a lovely bar and restaurant within the hotel and many cafes etc. very close by. Overall it is a good choice if you don't plan to spend too much time at the hotel but use it as a base to explore Amsterdam. The staff is generally friendly as well. Would probably consider staying here again if I'd find a good price (as including this hotel, room prices in Amsterdam are unnecessarily expensive.)

The Hotel was in an area which was accessible to shops and restaurants. It was in walking distance to the main station 5-10 mins and to the canal attractions. The staff were helpful, there was a lift and the room was very comfortable. Would recommend.

Beautiful hotel with tons of history, the room was spacious, clean with great layout (Superior room), & ideal bathroom. Hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. The location was perfect for us, very easy to get to the main train station. Lots of shopping near by as well as key attractions.
