Linda likes Sebastian's

Sebastian's Hotel is located in an area that is within walking distance (if you are relatively fit) of Central Station, the Rjiks Museum, the VanGough museum, Anne Frank House, (many other museums), numerous canal tour companies, lots of parks, restaurants and bars, and a variety of shopping opportunities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend staying here.

Nice hotel find in Amsterdam

Lovely stay, although it was only for one night. Hotel is in a great location for exploring Amsterdam and it is in a nice quiet spot away from the noise of the busier streets. The staff were super helpful and gave a great recommendation for dinner. Couldn't find any fault with the hotel, staff or location. Great stay and would stay again.

Our stay at Sebastians was nothing short of amazing. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Amsterdam, making it easy to explore the city. This hoyel had a lovely canal view. The room was very clean and larger than the pictures indicated. The location is amazing for walking about. The ladies working the front desk could not have been nicer to us. They held our luggage and took it to the room before we even returned from lunch. I would definitely stay here again and again. The train station was less than 10 minutes away ... which was effortless with all to see along the way.

Property was walking distance to metro, buses, trams. Lots of restaurants around. The front desk staff, I would give a 4/10 not welcoming at all. The room was small but had everything we needed. The A/C unit stopped working on our second night, we made a complaint and they brought a fan. The staff said the room they booked us in usually has this issue, I asked why would they book anyone in there if there’s a problem? She said the room is still open for booking.
