This hotel is awesome. Great location (easy access to public transportation). Staff were super, friendly and very welcoming. Room service (sandwiches) were cooked perfectly (best burger we had in Amsterdam). Housekeeping did terrific at working around our schedule.

Awful room. There was a huge pillar through the centre of it that spoiled the aesthetic and sense of space. The decor was sparse, didn't have a good feel to the the room, felt cold.. The room rate was very expensive vs what we got for it.
