Room h hotel lobby are very nice and clean. The staff was super nice & offered a beverage upon arrival. I didn't love the location. It wasn't very close to a team stop but nonetheless it was a 7 minute walk. We weren't able to do the breakfast since we had a very early flight in the morning.

Lovely place, fair price for what it is

Nice, convenient, 20-minute walk from Centraal so an excellent place for passing 20 hours in Amsterdam en route from Asia to North America. Will definitely return but will probably not book through Hotels.com.

As soon as we got to the hotel, Margarita greeted us and gave us champagne for a welcoming. She was extremely helpful in guiding us with dinner recommendations and reservations, getting us taxi’s, and supplying us with breakfast to go on the day of departure. The hotel is very clean and centrally located. We would definitely stay there again!!

Hotel staff were very welcoming and arriving before check-in were happy to store our bags for us. Hotel is a short walk to the train station and to cafes/restaurants. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and had a good bar. We didn't eat at the hotel so can not comment on the restaurant. Had tea/coffee and water available in room. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Good stay with a few issues.

We had a good stay. But at first, the service is too slow for checkin. Then we had a room one floor below. under canal water level and we did not like the feeling…. We asked to change and with time and efforts we got a room on second floor. Everything was pretty good, the room was small but clean and had windows to open for fresh air. The big problem is that the mattress was in bad shape and very uncomfortable. We told reception on the last day, they said it’s noted but did not offer any compensation. It’s also in a safe surroundings and easy to go everywhere.

Monet Gardens is a quaint boutique-like hotel. It's about a 15 minute walk from the Central Station. The staff was great and the hotel was lovely.
