The location is great, with much to see. We walked to the museums, about a mile, but was not a bad walk. There were a couple of great restaurants near by, Savina which was nice to just stroll to dinner. Rooms are small but clean. Staff was outstanding.

Excellent Stay at WestCord City Center Amsterdam

We had a fantastic stay at WestCord City Center Hotel! The location is ideal — within walking distance of Central Station, Dam Square, and major attractions, and the tram stop is right in front of the hotel, making getting around the city very easy. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful, offering great tips on restaurants, sights, and transportation. Check-in was smooth, and service throughout our stay was excellent. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. Overall, WestCord City Center offers excellent comfort, a prime location, and outstanding service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam!

Room was awkward and small. Bed and pillows were nice. Shower drain was terrible and the door getting into the bathroom was like working a puzzle. The breakfast was 22eueo pp and based on selection not worth it. We found a reasonable cafe for breakfast at the square. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Hotel staff was not very friendly at check in. We arrived around 11:30am and was told that our rooms were not available and to come back at 3. We came back around 2 and the front desk staff was giving us a hard time about checking in. Finally they moved our room to another one so that we could get our room. Once in the room, it was very stuffy, musty smelling in there. Maintenance man in the hallway said that the air conditioner has been shut off for the season and that we would need to go downstairs to have it turned on. We went downstairs and asked if the air could be put on in our room and again, staff was rude but eventually turned it on.

The location is excellent, the room was quiet and comfortable, the bed and pillows great, super night sleep. The staff friendly and helpful, the apples at reception were so crisp and sweet. The breakfast was really great value, delicious and fresh food with good variety. Our only complaint is the room was small, but guess that is the standard in Amsterdam. Nice central location, a little close to red lights for my taste. Train station walking distance. We slept in (jet lag) so missed our room cleaning in spite of leaving a tag on the door. Friendly desk people. The interior room was quite small but very quiet. Transparent sink?! Bit weird.

Lovely modern clean hotel. Very good location local bars and restaurants very easy to find . I wouldn't say this is a 3 star hotel more like a 4, okay the room we had wasn't massive but who cares when your only there to sleep,shower and get ready! Would definitely come back to this hotel.
